Terms and Conditions of Use idompet Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by idompet ("Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform in any capacity, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the idompet Platform. These Terms are to be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us, all of which together form the entire agreement between you and idompet.

The effective date of these Terms is 1 January 2026. The latest version of the Terms is always accessible on this page.

To register and use the idompet Platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Be legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement in the jurisdiction where you reside.
• Not residing in a country or jurisdiction where the use of online betting platforms is fully prohibited by law.
• Not listed on any active self-exclusion programme or betting limit programme imposed by a regulatory body.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and active email address. idompet reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.

One account only permitted per individual. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, addresses, or phone numbers — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur in your account. This includes any actions taken by third parties who gain access to your account due to your own negligence.

• Keep your password secure and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Log out of your account every time you finish using a shared device.
• Notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity in your account.
• Update your personal information if any changes occur.

Idompet will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, please report it to our support team immediately as it may be a third-party phishing attempt.

All financial transactions on the idompet Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, FPX, TNG eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and major Malaysian bank cards.

Deposit: Funds deposited into your idompet account are processed instantly or within a short period depending on the payment method used. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set for each payment method and can be viewed on the Deposit.

Withdrawal: All withdrawals are processed to a verified bank account or eWallet held in the same account holder's name only. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. Processing times range from 1 to 3 business days depending on the chosen method.

• The first withdrawal from a new account requires completed KYC verification.
• Idompet reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for transactions that exceed certain limits.
• Any deposit made through fraudulent means or without authorisation will be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.

Idompet offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer is subject to specific terms and conditions set at the time of launch. The general conditions that apply to all promotions are as follows:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirement stated. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Each promotion has a set validity period. Unused bonuses will expire automatically once that period ends.
• Each member is eligible to receive each promotion once only unless otherwise stated.
• Idompet reserves the right to cancel any bonus or winnings obtained through misuse of the promotions system.
• Any attempt to systematically exploit bonuses through low-risk wagering or strategies designed solely to meet rollover requirements is prohibited.

Idompet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. idompet's decisions regarding bonus eligibility are final.

All bets placed on the idompet Platform are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for ensuring your bet details are accurate before confirming any wager.

• Idompet reserves the right to void or modify bets in the event of a technical error, odds published in error, or exceptional circumstances affecting the integrity of a wager.
• Bets placed after an event has started without the host's authorisation will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a dispute regarding betting outcomes, the decision of the relevant sports body or event organiser is final.
• Idompet uses independently audited random number generators (RNG) across all casino and slot games to ensure complete fairness.

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each game and market. These limits may change at idompet's discretion without prior notice.

Idompet Platform users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Opening more than one account or using another person's identity to register an account.
• Using bots, automation software, or any technical tools to access or manipulate the Platform.
• Transferring funds between user accounts to avoid detection or fraudulently fulfil promotional requirements.
• Engaging in any money laundering activities or financing illegal activities through the Platform.
• Spreading false information, harmful content, or carrying out any form of cyberattack against the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or was obtained unlawfully.

All content on the idompet Platform, including but not limited to designs, logos, text, graphics, software, databases, and source code, is the exclusive property of idompet or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are not permitted to:

• Copying, modifying, distributing, or reproducing any Platform content without written permission from idompet.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the Platform's source code.
• Using the idompet name, logo, or brand in any way that could mislead others or create a false association.

Idompet reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term in this document.
• Request by legal or regulatory authorities.
• Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age.
• Activities indicating fraud, hacking, or system manipulation.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

If an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms violation, any valid balance in your account will be returned after the verification process is complete. If the closure is due to a Terms violation, idompet reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance.

You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

The idompet Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the Platform running smoothly at all times, idompet does not guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or delays.

• Idompet is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of service disruptions, technical errors, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Idompet is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of your own betting decisions.
• Idompet's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

Wagering involves real financial risk. You are solely responsible for your wagering decisions, and idompet is not liable for any financial losses you incur as a result of your wagering activity on the Platform.

Idompet is committed to responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your wagering activity, including:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Loss Limit: Set a cap on the amount of losses permitted within a given time period.
• Break Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a set period whenever needed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel that wagering has negatively impacted your life.

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings are initiated.
